This past November we participated in the City of Hope No Shaver fundraising and awareness campaign supporting pioneering prostate cancer research and clinical trials for promising new therapies.
No Shaver is a month-long journey where participants forgo shaving to spark conversation, encourage testing for early detection and raise critical funds to continue leading-edge prostate cancer research conducted at City of Hope.
Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer among men in the United States and the most common cancer in men over 50 — about one out of seven men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, but this month we are going to move closer to a cure!
Team 3C would like to thank everyone that helped support our fundraising efforts and went the month of November showing a beard and mustache.
